Villa Il Conventino is a charming country house set in the heart of the picturesque Chianti Classico hills, about 20 km from Florence.
Furnished in classic Tuscan style, it combines rustic tradition with all modern comforts for a relaxing stay. Covering about 540 m², the ground floor is bright and features two fully equipped kitchens, a dining room, a spacious living room with fireplace for cozy winter evenings, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a stylish shower cabin.
Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms (one can be set up with twin beds on request). Each room has a private bathroom: two with whirlpool tubs, two with showers.
The bedrooms overlook a large lounge with fireplace.
All rooms have air conditioning.
In the basement, you'll find a well-stocked wine cellar and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Next to the villa is the Fienile: an 80 m² apartment with a mezzanine and double bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a small living area with sofa bed. There is an outdoor porch with table and chairs. Amenities include spacious parking, a porch with stunning hill views, an old wood-fired oven for bread and pizza, a lush fenced garden, an infinity pool with whirlpool corner, a small gym, and a gazebo for massages and fitness activities (bookable on request, available for an extra fee). The pool is open from May 1 to September 30, with dates depending on weather.
Access is secured by two remote-controlled gates. The villa can be booked exclusively: to guarantee exclusive use of the entire property, simply select the maximum number of 12 guests, regardless of the actual number staying, which may be fewer. - Dinner Payment 115,00 € per person per night
