The holiday apartment "Comfort Zone" is located in Venice and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
This 65 m² property was completely renovated in 2023 and consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 5 people.
Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a capsule coffee machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Additionally, this apartment features a private balcony. The property is set within 3 walking minutes from a bus stop with 20-minute-long routes in the direction of Venice departing every 10 minutes.
The closest supermarket is Cadoro, which can be found on Via Miranese 256. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Bringing pets, inviting unregistered visitors, and smoking inside the building/condominium spaces are not allowed. Guests are asked to observe the quiet hours during their stay (no noise from 2 pm to 3 pm, and from 9 pm to 8 am). This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
