This cozy 3-room apartment "Leni" is located on the outskirts of Sonthofen and offers a wonderful view of the panorama of the Allgäu mountains.
With its 78 square meters is ideal for a relaxing vacation for the whole family. The centerpiece is the living-dining area with the large comfortable couch, the sitting area, the new LCD TV with cable connection and the great view of the mountains.
From here and the directly adjoining south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the entire panorama of the Allgäu mountains.
From the Oberstdorf mountains to the Hörner group. In addition to the spacious master bedroom with double bed and large closet, there is another newly furnished bedroom with a double bed for additional persons.
Storage space, an additional TV and a wardrobe are also available here. The separate kitchen is equipped with all utensils for the hobby chef: toaster, egg stove, coffee machine, kettle, bread slicer and a fridge with freezer compartment.
There is also a dishwasher.
Here you can plan your vacation day over a leisurely breakfast in the sitting area with your first coffee.
The spacious, bright bathroom with bathtub and additional shower and toilet, as well as the additional toilet next door round off the excellent facilities of this comfortably furnished apartment. In addition, free W-LAN access is available to you. There is a reserved, lockable parking space for your vehicle in the underground garage. (Please note: Not suitable for vans, wide vehicles and vehicles with roof boxes). You are welcome to park and lock your bicycles or ski equipment here. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. Die Wohnung ist sehr wertig und schön ausgestattet. Sie liegt an einem Hang über dem Tal. Insbesondere der Blick auf das Tal und die umliegenden Berge ist fantatstisch. WLAN sehr gut.
Parkmöglichkeiten für das Mehrfamilienhaus befinden sich ausschließlich im Keller des Gebäudes. Von dort sind es 46 Stufen hnauf zur Wohnung. Es gibt keinen Lift. Für ältere Leute und insbesondere mit Gepäck ist das eine Herausforderung. Des Weiteren sind die einzelen Parkboxen im Keller sehr eng un...
