What a beautiful location this is.
The mountain road curves higher and higher, leading you to this detached holiday home at the end of the road.
Peace, space and privacy are assured.
The sun is turning around the house through the day for you to endlessly enjoy the beautiful mountain panorama from the terrace.
The large downstairs kitchen is fully equipped.
This leaves the living room on the first floor for relaxing, or a maybe a game of table tennis in the playroom? The location is very central in both summer and winter.
In a few minutes by car, you can be in the popular ski area of Zell am See, Kaprun or the snow-sure glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn (3029m).
In summer too, the area offers many opportunities for golfing, hiking, swimming or cycling.
In short, the ideal exclusive location, all in atmosphere, to enjoy a well-deserved holiday!" The chalet is easily accessible via a mountain road, the last 200 metres of which are unpaved and steep.
Although the road is always cleared of snow in winter, it is compulsory to put on snow chains at the bottom (near the church).
If uncertain, it is wise to ask the caretaker about this Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed.
Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine. Huis prima ingericht. Fijne keuken met allerlei voorzieningen. Prima badkamers. Waanzinnig uitzicht vanaf terras.
De weg er naartoe is smal en nodigde niet uit om 4 x per dag er overheen te rijden.😅
Tv heeft een vette brom. Betere info map met o.a wifi inlog gegevens neerleggen. Kleine moeite.

Het huis zelf vonden we niet bijzonder mooi. Indeling vonden we niet handig.
Niet schoon in de zin van spinnewebben (veel!!)
De (nieuwe) douchcabine lekte en toen ik het water weghaalde van de vloer was deze ook behoorlijk vies.
Niet veel ruimte om het huis voor de hond en de weg ernaar toe is smal.

Es gab keine Infomappe mit z. B. WLAN-Passwort, Müllentsorgung, Flyer für Ausflugsangebote veraltet. Keine Reinigungsutensilien (Besen) vorhanden. Beleuchtung sehr dunkel.
