Villa "Rodolphe" 12 is located in Pian-Médoc and is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway.
The 240 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 additional toilets, accommodating up to 12 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), 5 satellite TVs, fans, washing machine, dryer, and drying rack.
The property is well insulated, and numerous fans help keep you cool in summer.
You also have access to a private gym with shower and gym equipment.
Please notify 24 hours in advance if you wish to use the jacuzzi; it is available on request for an extra fee. The same applies for pets. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with a heated pool (open June to October), year-round hot tub, garden, open-air terrace, barbecue, and pétanque court. The villa is a 10-minute drive from Blanquefort station (tram line C) and Eysines (tram line D), 15 minutes from the airport, 2 minutes from Golf du Pian Médoc (2x18 holes), and less than 30 minutes from ocean beaches and Lacanau Lake. Six parking spaces are available on the property.
One pet is permitted for an extra fee. Smoking is not allowed.
