The 50 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for one person each, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available for a fee. The property offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony.
Guests also have access to a shared outdoor space with a fenced pool and an outdoor shower. The property is located close to the beach and public transport links. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The property has step-free access.
