The 54 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 4 people.
It is also equipped with high-speed WiFi (suitable for video calls), a TV and a washing machine.
The building has an elevator.
This apartment has a private balcony with views over the city and the mountains, where you can have breakfast in the sun in the morning and relax in the evening.
Public transportation is within walking distance.
The Mozart and festival city of Salzburg can also be reached quickly by S-Bahn.
Numerous restaurants, museums, the pedestrian zone, the spa gardens, the casino and festival theater, the Rupertustherme, the Predigtstuhlbahn and Kirchberg train station are all within 15 minutes' walk of the vacation apartment.
There is a supermarket and a fitness studio right next to the apartment, which also offers day passes.
In the apartment you will find a welcome folder with hiking trails and other recommendations from the host.
Free parking is available but cannot be reserved.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat uns nett empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut räumlich aufgeteilt.Mit einem großen Balkon.Genug Platz für Wäschetrocknung. besteht, Fahrradkeller inklusive abschliessbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Norma Penny) um die Ecke , Elektro Ladestation in der gleichen Strasse.
TV Programm sehr eingeschränkt, meistens Privatsender, uns fehlte die ARD.

Die Wohnung war sauber, das war uns sehr wichtig, hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick, Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe und die Gastgeber waren super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!
