Check in / Check out
Arrival Monday to Sunday from 15.00 to 20.00 possible. Thereafter only by telephone arrangement. Departure by 11.00 am at the latest. We ask all guests to call us 1 day in advance on +49(0)162 7173 978 to arrange the exact time of arrival or to inform us of any delays.
Short Characteristics
Our holiday flat is located in the south-west of Dresden, in an area characterised by wine and fruit growing, quietly and conveniently situated on a hill, with former mine shafts, the former Bienert mill, the former Felsenkeller brewery and the town of Freital - along the Weißeritz river. A wonderful panoramic view over Dresden and Radebeul is within walking distance.
Cancellation / payment conditions
Payment of the total amount in cash on arrival. No cheques, no credit cards, no EC card payment, no payment on account. Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before date of arrival, thereafter 50% of the total price of the overnight stay up to 7 days before date of arrival and 80% of the total price of the overnight stay less than 7 days before date of arrival.
Anreisebeschreibung
By car: From the A4 motorway at the ‘Dresden-West’ motorway junction, take the A17 (Dresden-Prague) and immediately take the 1st exit ‘Dresden-Gorbitz’. Turn right and follow the main road and feeder road towards Dresden and take the 1st exit on the right at ‘Gompitz-Park’ towards Dresden-Gorbitz, Pesterwitz. Keep right and turn right at the traffic lights towards ‘Pesterwitz’. Follow the main road and take the first exit at the roundabout, then follow the road and turn left at the next junction, then follow the road and turn right at the next junction. Turn left and immediately turn right again after the Gasthof Pesterwitz, then take the 2nd road on the left (‘Dölzschener Straße’) and follow the main road to the entrance to Dresden. Enjoy the panoramic view over Dresden, Radebeul and, if visibility is very good, as far as Saxon Switzerland. Continue straight ahead and turn left into the 4th street (before the primary school) after the town entrance sign. Then follow the road straight ahead (past the bus stop) and stop just before the right-hand bend at the last house. You will have reached your destination on the right-hand side. By train: Travel to Dresden main station, then either take a taxi or the S-Bahn ‘S3’ to the S-Bahn station ‘Dresden-Plauen’, get on the bus line ‘62’ to ‘Dresden-Dölzschen’ directly at the S-Bahn station at the bus stop ‘S-Bahnhof Plauen’ and travel to the final stop. Then walk along the Dölzschgraben to the holiday flat for about 5 minutes towards the city centre. The bus will pass our house shortly before the final stop. By aeroplane: Arrival at Dresden Airport, get on the S-Bahn line ‘S2’ in the basement, go to Dresden main station and get on the S-Bahn line ‘S3’ and get off at ‘S-Bahnhof Plauen’, walk down 1 floor and get directly on the bus line ‘62 Dresden-Dölzschen’ and get off at the final stop. Then walk along Dölzschgraben to the holiday flat for approx. 5 minutes towards the city centre (down the street towards the city centre).

Description of the accommodation
The holiday flat (3-room flat) is located on the ground floor of the house and has a separate entrance. The flat is approx. 75 m² in size and suitable for up to 4 people. The 2 bedrooms are furnished with a double bed or 2 single beds, matching bedside cabinets and 1 wardrobe and LED TV (Fire TV stick) per room. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, microwave, cooker with oven and ceramic hob and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. There is also a large table with 4 chairs in the kitchen. In the living room there is a digital TV with Fire TV stick, a large table with 4 high-quality chairs, a couch with couch table and a swivel armchair. The hallway with mirror, wardrobe, bench and information board leads to either the kitchen, bedroom or bathroom, which is equipped with a toilet, corner bath incl. shower and washbasin. A hairdryer is also available. The holiday flat has an internet connection via W-LAN. NOTES FOR COMPANIES: 1. please indicate company name or similar when booking, so that separate accommodation (rooms) can be planned immediately. 2. a SEPARATE accommodation of max. 3 persons is possible (sofa bed in the living room), otherwise 2 persons per room. 3. please pass on the telephone number for contacting (exact arrival time etc.) to the arriving employees and, if possible, contact us on the last working day BEFORE arrival (by e-mail or telephone).
