Short Characteristics - situated in an area of old villas - beautiful garden- and park area - fully equipped and tastefully furnished holiday apartment in Dresden-Kleinzschachwitz on the top floor of a business building - living room with couch, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom/WC and Sat-TV - conveniently located to public transport- without breakfast Cancellation / payment conditions Payment terms: Please pay the agreed total price plus the accommodation tax in cash on arrival / before departure.
Credit card or EC card payments are not possible.
Cancellation conditions: Cancellations are free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
We charge 50% up to 14 days before arrival, 80% up to 3 days before arrival and 90% of less than 3 days before arrival.
If you do not arrive, we also charge 90% of the agreed total price.
Anreisebeschreibung Arrival by car: From motorway A17, exit Dresden-Prohlis (direction Prohlis), continue straight along (Tschirnhausstraße, Langer Weg) to the end of Langer Weg, turn right into Bismarckstraße, turn left at the crossing Bahnhofstraße into Bahnhofstraße (later turns into Putjatinstraße), after crossing Putjatinplatz 3rd house on the left (a vine and shoe shop) Arrival by public transport: From Hauptbahnhof (main station) take tram 7 (direction Weixdorf) to stop 'Pirnaischer Platz' or tram 10 (direction Striesen) to stop 'Strassburger Platz', change to tram 2 (direction Kleinzschachwitz) and get off at stop 'Meußlitzer Straße', walk back a bit and left into Meußlitzer Strasse, follow street for approx. 10 min.
OR take bus 88 (direction Nickern or Kleinzschachwitz/ Fähre) to stop 'Putjatinplatz'.
OR: From Hauptbahnhof (main station) take commuter train (direction Pirna) to train stop 'Niedersedlitz', change to bus 88 (direction Kleinzschachwitz/ Fähre) to stop 'Putjatinplatz'.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich außerhalb von Dresden ist aber sehr gut an das öffentl. Verkehrsnetz angebunden, so daß die Innenstadt von Dresden problemlos erreicht werden kann. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich.
Absolut zu empfehlen.
