Short Characteristics
- 2 tastefully furnished holiday apartments on the upper floor of a multiple dwelling in a quietly situated villa in Dresden-Zschertnitz - in immediate vicinity of city center - shopping facilities and public transport within walking distance (approx. 300 meters) - apartment 1 for 4 persons (40 m2) was completed and new equipped in 2005. It has a bedroom, living room with couch, cable television, bathroom with shower/WC and kitchen - access to apartment via staircase (not suitable for children under 3 years and physically handicapped people) - apartment 2 with balcony (45 m2) for 4 persons was completly renovated in 2003 an new equipped in 2007 - bedroom with 2 beds, living room with balkony, cable televsion, internet access, bathroom with bathtub/WC and kitchen - breakfast not possible - babybed and bed for children on request - possibility to park the bicycles in the garage (The landlord is a small business owner according to Art. 19 Par. 1 UStG (German sales tax law) and so not liable to VAT.)
Cancellation / payment conditions
The following flat rates apply for withdrawal: from 30 to 10 days before the start of the service 20% of the total price from 9 to 3 days before the start of the service 50% of the total price from 2 days up to and including the start of the service 80% of the total price
