Cancellation / payment conditions Payment terms: Please pay the agreed total price in cash upon arrival.
Credit card or EC card payments are not possible.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations are free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
Up to 14 days before arrival we charge you 50%, up to 3 days before arrival 80% and less than 3 days before arrival 90% of the agreed total price.
If you do not arrive, we also charge 90% of the agreed total price.
Anreisebeschreibung * Arrival by car: From motorway A4, exit Dresden-Hellerau, turn into Radeberger Straße (direction city center), turn left in direction Pillnitz into Stauffenbergallee, continue to the B6, Bautzner Straße, follow this street in direction Bühlau to the intersection Grundstraße and turn right, take first turning on the left, and then the small path between houses 6a and 8. * Arrival by public transport: From Hauptbahnhof (main station) take tram 11 (direction Bühlau) to stop 'Grundstraße', walk right into Grundstraße and then into the first street on the left.

Die Besitzerin ist unglaublich nett und sehr freundlich. Ich war mit meiner Hündin dort. Sie wurde sehr liebevoll behandelt. Es fiel mir sehr schwer mich zu verabschieden. Wir halten Kontakt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
