Very central studio apartment perfect for two people, located on the top floor (NO lift) of a typical Bolognese building in the heart of the city. We are in one of the peaks of the elegant Santo Stefano district, and from the terrace it is possible to enjoy a splendid view of the green hills and the roofs of the noble palaces of the area. All points of interest are easily reachable on foot, which makes the accommodation the ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Bologna.

The 35 mq apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: ATTENTION, it is necessary to climb the stairs to access it.


The internal space is composed as follows
- KITCHEN CORNER equipped with gas stove, mini fridge, moka and traditional oven

- LIVING AREA with dining table, sofa and split A/C

- NIGHT AREA with double bed and wardrobe

- BATHROOM equipped with toilet and shower box

- TERRACE overlooking the hills and roofs, equipped with umbrella, table and chairs.


Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Bologna is a modern city and the apartment is in a good position for a complete visit of the city and its surroundings. Palazzo Fava, Piazza Maggiore, the two towers, San Petronio and the university area are certainly worthy of a careful visit during your stay. The hilly areas of Villa Ghigi and San Luca are exceptional for admiring a breathtaking panorama of Bologna and relaxing in nature.

The apartment is only 500 meters from the Complex of the Seven Churches in Piazza Santo Stefano, and only 200 from the Complex of Santa Cristina and the Portico dei Servi. It is located in Via San Petronio Vecchio, a historic road documented as early as 1200, in the very central Santo Stefano district, one of the most elegant in the city. Just walk under the arcades looking up to notice the magnificence of some buildings, which hide frescoed ceilings and secret gardens inside. All points of interest can be reached on foot, just as essential services are close at hand: bars, chemists and supermarkets are in fact within 400 metres.


- FROM BOLOGNA CENTRAL STATION: it is possible to reach the accommodation by bus line C, final stop "Garganelli" 250 meters from the studio.


- FROM THE AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the accommodation with the Marconi Express service from the airport to the central station and from here with bus line C, final stop "Garganelli" 250 meters from the studio.


- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: Pay attention, the accommodation is located in the ZTL. Entry is permitted only with a pass issued by a guarded parking lot. It is possible to leave the car at the Garage S.Petronio Vecchio, in via San Petronio Vecchio 40/4A, 60 meters from the studio.
