Vom Balkon direkter Zugang zum Parkplatz. Somit leichter Zugang zum Be und Entladen des Autos. Große geräumige Wohnung, außer dem Bad.
Das Badezimmer. Der Platz um das WC ist viel zu schmal. Insgesamt ist das Bad renovierungsbedürftig.
