Bright and cozy apartment that comfortably accommodates 4 people, with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The accommodation is located in the Bolognina district, an area just outside the center and equipped with all services. The location is quiet and convenient even for those who reach Bologna by car. The station is less than a 10-minute walk away and the Piazza Unità bus stop is also 350 meters away (lines 11, 27, 21, 25), for easy access to other areas of the city and points of interest.


The about 70 mq apartment is located on the first floor of a period building without a lift: you need to climb the stairs to access it.


The internal space is composed as follows
- KITCHEN CORNER equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle and traditional oven

- LIVING AREA with dining table, sofa, split A/C and TV

- BEDROOM I with double bed, TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers

- BEDROOM II with two single beds and wardrobe

- BATHROOM with wc, bidet and large shower box.


Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, dryer, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Bologna is a modern city, but rich of history and culture, and the apartment is in a good position for a full visit of the city and its surroundings. Palazzo Fava, Piazza Maggiore, the two towers, San Petronio and the university area deserve definitely a visit during your stay. The hilly areas of Villa Ghigi and San Luca are great for admiring breathtaking views of Bologna and relaxing in the nature. All essential services are close at hand: bars, chemists and supermarkets are in fact within 500 metres.
