Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Fuße des Picos zwischen Weinbergen und Steinmauern am Rande einer kleinen Ortschaft am Meer. In 3 Minuten Fußmarsch ist man an einem tollen Abgang zum Meer was auf Pico echt selten ist. (Unwegsame Steilklippen) Das Steinhaus ist ultra schön und heimelig.
Das Möbiliar vor allem der Tisch und die Stühle für draußen sind leider etwas rampuniert. Außerdem war die Küche mittelmäßig ausgestattet und das Bett relativ hart. Der Blick in der früh auf den Pico macht das aber alles wieder wett.
