In Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, this charming 18 m² flat, 30 metres from the beach, can accommodate up to 2 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room with WC. The accommodation comprises : - An 18 m² living room with TV, a dining area, a dining area and a double sofa bed. - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A shower room with shower, WC and washing machine Outside : A west-facing balcony (approx. 2 m²) with sea view and furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The flat is ideally located in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops are nearby, shops, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Sailing club in summer - Longe-côte (walking in the water) - Fishing in autumn (prawns) - Museums, Second World War monuments - Art gallery, cinema - Casino - Tennis club, equestrian centre - Thalasso at Luc-sur-Mer Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public car park at the foot of the residence at the foot of the residence. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful : - Nearest train station : Caen station (21 km) - Nearest airport : Caen-Carpiquet airport (20 km) Other remarks : A key box is at your disposal so that you can move in independently.

Très bon logementTrès bien situé et équipé La communication avec l’agence était parfaite : rapide/ efficace/ réactive/ Le seul bémol concerne la propreté de l’appartement,( beaucoup de poussière, la vaisselle devait être relavée…)Sinon, tout était conforme à la description, c’était un super séjour

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut und man erreicht von dort aus viele umliegenden Städte. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür und sehr schön. Der Check in war gut und leicht erklärt.
Die Unterkunft war sehr dreckig und viel Schimmel. Ich musste den Kundenservice bitten nochmal das Reinigungspersonal zu holen, da ich so keine zweite Nacht geblieben wäre. Das Bett ist sehr unbequem und zu zweit eine Zumutung dort drauf zu schlafen. Es quietscht bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung und die Matratze hat auch schon ihr Jahre hintersich.
