The holiday apartment 'A casa nostra' in Catania is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones.
The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, heating as well as air conditioning. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden. The house is situated in a prime location within the city, just a few hundred meters from the highway entrance and within walking distance to public transport links.
We recommend arriving by car, as it makes navigating both the city and surrounding areas much easier.
Additionally, there are no parking difficulties, as there is free parking available near the property.
To go to the beach, the hosts recommend the beach of San Giovanni Li Cuti (2,5 km away) or the platform of Piazza Europa or Piazza Nettuno.
The Quaranta Pastry Shop, La Siciliana Restaurant, Da Nitto, and Planet Marine are in the area. The property is very well located to reach highways in order to go to nearby cities such as Siracusa. Parking under the house is free (in the street). Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Please don't make too much noise after midnight. Breakfast is available upon request for a fee. There is a possibility to rent bikes and e-bikes. A laundry service is available for a fee. Lunches and dinners can be organised. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
