Located in Charneca de Caparica, Caparica Sun Beach Villa offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.
With 120 m², the property features a living room, a spacious well-equipped kitchen with dining area, 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. A path leads down the Arriba Fóssil directly to Costa da Caparica’s beaches—just 2 km away, about 5 minutes by car. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), three TVs, air conditioning, a fan and a heater (ideal for those sensitive to air conditioning), a washing machine, and a dishwasher.
A baby crib, a bed for children aged 2–3, and a high chair are also provided. The private outdoor area features a garden with leisure equipment, an outdoor dining table, and a barbecue.
Two parking spaces are available: one free street parking spot and one garage space. Families with children are welcome.
Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.
Bicycle storage is available.

It is a very nice property. Loved the kitchen and the room off to the side with the nice long table and chairs. The only problem was the bathrooms. There was a problem with sewer gas, or some kind of gas, coming from the upstairs bathrooms. The only bathroom that didn't stink was the downstairs bathroom. But everything else was wonderful! We bought candles and air spray, not much help.

We wasted a precious vacation day at this property.
What the pictures won't tell you:
1) There is mold everywhere, including the toothbrush holder (!). Some pillows smelled like mold.
2) No ventilation or non-functional ventilation in the bathrooms. Even if you leave the doors open all night, th...
