Surrounded by trees, just 5 metres from its own private beach on the river, the house is entirely made of wood inside and out.

The ground-floor open-plan living area with wooden floors and ceilings has a stove, a sofa and a flat-screen TV.

A wooden corner staircase leads to the upstairs bedroom.

The kitchen is just off the living room and is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. The outside space is as beautifully laid out as the interiors.

There is a Finnish sauna, reached via the terrace.

The raised stone terrace is furnished with a dining table and chairs for relaxed meals al fresco.
