A ski-path runs right behind the house from the Schmittenhöhe mountain into the centre of Zell am See, meaning you can ski directly to and away from this Chalet.
The bus stops right in front of your door and takes you into town or to the base station of the cable cars in just a few minutes.
The interior of the chalet is in typical Austrian style with a large and cozy open-plan living area and a tiled fireplace.
Room layout: 1st floor: - bedroom 1: double-bed, bathroom and toilet - bedroom 2: double-bed, bathroom and toilet - bedroom 3: double-bed + 2 single beds (bunk-bed), bathroom and toilet - bedroom 4: double-bed + 2 single beds (bank-bed), bathroom and toilet Ground floor: - bedroom 5: double-bed with a separate bathroom and toilet Basement: - bedroom 6: double-bed - small spare room attached to the bedroom (no door) - bathroom and toilet (in the hallway) Additionally: - large, covered terrace - parking for 3 cars Please note that a surcharge for intermediate cleaning may apply.

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub mit 8 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern im Haus verbracht. Alle Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Der grosse Ess-wohnbereich war super. Küche (mit Spühlmaschine)gut ausgestattet. Überdachte Terasse viel genutzt. Alles sauber. Kommen sicher wieder.
