The vacation home "Casa Degli Zii Appartamento Guido" is situated in Luni and creates a comfortable setting for a getaway with your loved ones.
The 200 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 9 people.
On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
A baby cot is also available. Your private outdoor area includes a balcony and a barbecue.
The property also has access to a shared covered terrace. Pool rules: no diving, showering before entering the pool and washing feet, do not walk on the grass before entering the pool, the pool is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. from May to October: ask the facility for confirmation of opening months as it depends on the weather.
The pool is shared with another flat. The nearby area offers bars, pastry shops, pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants.
The distance to local beaches is 2.5 km. 4 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Bikes are provided. Guests are asked not to disturb the neighbors during their stay and not to move the furniture without the host's permission. The property collaborates with a car and scooter rental agency. Pickup from Pisa or Florence airports and train stations is available upon request for an additional fee.
