From the moment you enter, you’ll discover a bright living area, featuring a sofa bed (Clic-clac style), a 90 cm trundle bed, and a flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day by the water.
The fully renovated and well-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation simple and enjoyable: 2 ceramic hob burners, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, SENSEO coffee maker, kettle, toaster, table-top fridge, and dishwasher… everything you need to cook just like at home.
The bathroom, retaining its original style but spotlessly clean, includes a bathtub, a toilet, and a washing machine, providing all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay.
And the semi-covered terrace—what a real highlight of this apartment! Sit back and enjoy breakfast facing the sea, let the sound of the waves lull you, and take in a unique daily spectacle.
This apartment is the perfect place for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a solo escape, combining charm, comfort, and practicality to make every moment a memorable one.

This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period.
This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company. * A "Household" deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental.
The premises must be left perfectly clean.
If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the deposit will be retained. * The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque. * The optional services. For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) : * Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock * Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock * Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock * Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock * Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
