This beautiful and modern finca apartment is located only 3 km from Cala Ratjada, in the northeast of the island, very quiet and rural.
The fine sandy beach bays Cala Mesquida and Cala Agulla are only 4 km away, Cala Ratjada and Capdepera can be reached by car in 5 minutes.
The finca is located on a small path from which you can explore the pure nature also by bike or as a hiker. The recently modernized apartment is well maintained and well equipped.
On 60 square meters of living space are distributed 2 bedrooms and a living / dining room with satellite TV and fully equipped kitchen plus more satellite TV and direct access to the terrace with pool, as well as high-quality furniture and sun loungers.The two spacious bedrooms with double beds are also modern and tastefully furnished.

Der Pool direkt vor der Tür und die himmlische Ruhe zum Entspannen. Peter ist ne Wucht, immer gleich zur Stelle, wenn es Fragen gibt und man erhält Empfehlungen, wenn gewünscht.
Peter ist ein toller Gastgeber. Das Apartment ist total schön .
