This small mountain house, "Can Jaumins," is located on a large plot of orange trees alongside two other houses.
The house is fully equipped and features a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room, and a kitchen arranged on different levels.
In front of the house, there is a terrace with fantastic views of the village and the mountains, as well as a barbecue area.
The property can accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request. Your private outdoor area includes a garden, a balcony, and a barbecue.
Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool and an open terrace.
The pool is located about 50 meters from the house, a 2–3 minute walk, and is shared with the other two houses. The center of Sóller is about a 20-minute walk away.
It is a very pleasant walk, but please note that the incline is quite pronounced.
For guests arriving by car, a small, manageable vehicle or a scooter is recommended due to the narrow mountain streets. A parking space is available on the property.
Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.
Beach and pool towels are provided. This is a self-catering property.
Linen, bath towels, toilet paper on arrival, and other basic amenities are supplied.
Guests are expected to purchase their own after using what is provided.
For hygienic reasons, no food leftovers are left at the property.

This was our second visit to Can Jaumins. Lovely house in an even lovelier location. Beautiful views over the old town of Soller. It can be a steep walk upto the house from the village, especially if you have an arthritic hip like me, but take your time it's not a long walk and well worth it. There...

The location, calm and close to Soller, the view, the terrace, the warm welcome by the local agency and the owner, well equiped kitchen.
The house with its terrace is perfect by beautifull weather, but the inside should be rather dark by bad weather.

Nice pool, lovely view and setting in the orange grove
The property was incredibly damp and really unpleasant. The bedroom is connected to the bathroom without a door so all bathroom humidity rises into the bedroom.
The kitchen is basically underground and all the walls are dripping with humidity. You couldn't dine in the room, though lucklily the weather was good so we could dine outside. However the barbe
