Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, with Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming duplex giving directly on the beach, with stay seen sea, of a surface of 64 m ² and being able to accomodate until 5 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a loggia. We are waiting for you !
The housing is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room with a sea view of 25 m² with TV, Wifi included, sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a loggia facing South.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: two single beds, storage and work space.
- Bedroom 3 (attic): a single bed with a drawer bed, ideal for children.
- A shower room with shower and toilet.
Exterior:
- A loggia accessible from the bedroom on the first floor of the duplex.
For even more comfort are provided: high chair, baby bed, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

This apartment has a splendid sea view and direct access to Juno Beach. Within walking distance, you will find in the city center various shops, restaurants, a market twice a week and a fish market every morning.

The apartment is in a great location next to the beach. It is only as short walk to the centre of town where there a plenty of shops & restaurants. Contact with the hosts, and information provided, was very good regarding access to the apartment. The only small issue was the cleaning of the sinks, but host advised and is addressing. We would return.

Duplex Etoile de mer Appartement très agréable et spacieux, bien agencé, dans lequel nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Très bien situé à 2 pas de la plage et de la piscine municipale. Très bien équipé avec tous les équipements de base fournis pour la cuisine, et un petit cadeau à l'arrivée, très apprécié également ! Un super séjour.

dommage que la terrasse ne soit pas côté mer ( seulement réservé à la chambre principale côté rue)
