In the bedroom there is a large bed, which invites you to rest after an eventful day. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.
In addition, there is a separate spacious storage room.
Since 2023 guests can also make use of a sauna for an additional charge.
The southwest facing terrace offers plenty of space to soak up the sun, enjoy the peace and quiet, read a book or even end the evening with a glass of wine under the stars.
The train station is a 7-minute walk away and the village store is a 3-minute walk away (+ fresh food counter, bakery). A farm store is a 15-minute walk away, the Restaurant Zum Adler is a 4-minute walk away and there are several swimming opportunities in the surrounding area: Bodmann - 10 minutes by bike and Ludwigshafen - 15 minutes by bike.

Das Haus liegt in absolut ruhiger Straße.
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön mit eigener Terrasse und anschließendem Garten.
Alles sehr gepflegt .
Als wir ankamen hörten wir fröhliches Kinderlachen und eine tolle junge Familie hat uns begrüßt. Da waren wir sofort angekommen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im schönen Wahlwies und bietet perfekte Erholung. Der See ist mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen.
