Enjoy this newly renovated designer loft, just a 2 minute walk from Como Camerlata train station with fast connections to Milan, Malpensa Airport, and Switzerland.
The main area is a bright open plan space with a stylish fully equipped kitchen and a modern, comfortable living room.
The private bedroom features a double bed, an armchair sofa, and a balcony facing toward the lake. The loft can host up to 3 guests plus 1 child (sofa). You will also have three private terraces.
The largest terrace can seat up to 6 people and a barbecue is available as an optional extra, perfect for relaxed outdoor dinners. This place is ideal for couples, solo travelers, and business guests who want a smart base in Como.
From here you can explore the whole lake area easily, including Como, Lecco, Bellagio, and the upper lake, by car, train, or bus. If you need help with transport, we can assist you with arranging it. Free parking is included if you are arriving by car. Good to know: the loft is on the third floor with no elevator.
You are welcome to use the washing machine and dishwasher.
The barbecue is available for experienced users only. Everything you need for a comfortable, elegant stay: • Entire loft with 3 private terraces • Free parking • Free wifi • 2 smart tvs • Fully equipped kitchen • Kettle and toaster • Fridge and freezer • Washing machine and dryer • Hairdryer • Barbecue • Fresh towels and clean bed linen • Shampoo, hand soap, and shower cap You will have access to all areas shown in the photos, and the entire space is for your exclusive use. A personal note: I bought this home when it was in very poor condition, and with the help of friends and family we rebuilt it into what you see today.

Le logement est grand, bien situé et le parking gratuit à proximité est pratique, la grande surface à côté est très bien.
Les deux balcons, les différents équipements.
Dommage que les différents locataires n'aient pas pris soin des lieux car malheureusement beaucoup de choses sont abîmées.
La literie n'était pas notre goût car trop moelleuse pour nous mais elle reste qualitative.

Nous avons apprécié le calme, la présence des équipements annincés et la proximité avec un magasin alimentaire.
Anecdotique, les lumières et les interrupteurs
Attention pas d’ascenseur pour les.valises ou les familles avec des enfants en bas âge.

Mooi appartement op 3de verdiep. Mooi overdekt terrasje.
Parking is op 250 m stappen op openbare parking, ´s avonds altijd plaats maar tijdens de dag niet. De beloofde parking bij het appartement is er niet!! Voor ons een heel groot minpunt.
