The apartment, about 45 m² and located on the ground floor, includes a well-equipped kitchen overlooking the garden, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan, and a washing machine in the laundry area.
There is also a ping pong table available on the property.
Upon request, a cot and a high chair are available for an extra fee. The private outdoor area offers a table with chairs, sun loungers, and a parasol.
There is also a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from early May to mid-September), garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
The property is 3 km from the center of Lisciano Niccone, 18 km from Umbertide, and 20 km from Lake Trasimeno.
The surrounding area is also ideal for cycling excursions. The property offers parking and welcomes families with children.
