Life in the garden - in the best and most beautiful way imaginable - is made possible for guests here. 20 chalets in four different house types, from the Winzerstöckl to the spacious country house, invite you to enjoy a very special vacation experience. The highlight of each accommodation unit is the private, themed garden. One guest will stay in the "Garden of Love", another in the natural "Waldviertel Garden". Tuscan flair with olive trees, fountains and cypresses or Asian charm with bonsais, bamboo and cherry blossom will also invite you to dream. Rustic gardens with berry bushes are just as much a theme as modern garden architecture with stone settings and artisan accessories. The 3,400 m2 natural bathing pond, which can be accessed separately from each garden, forms the centerpiece of the complex. For further relaxation, each chalet also has a private sauna or a "hot tub" in the open air. In the snack garden, various fruits can be picked from May to November for tasting.

A deposit in the amount of the 1st night is requested. Alternatively, a creditcard can be submitted for guarantee the booking. Final payment will be made on site. Cancellation policy: Cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival date are free of charge. Up to 7 days prior to arrival day 50% of total stay cost. Up to 3 days before the arrival date 70% of the total cost of stay. later 90% of the total cost of the stay. Cancellations on the day of arrival or no-shows 100% of the total cost of stay.

Description of the accommodation
The studios offer 40m² with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 dining and living area with kitchenette and slepper couch. Relax in your 250 - 300m² private garden in the private sauna or in the "hot tub" under the stars. Our studios are earthy and modern in design. Here, the ecological and sustainable timber frame construction method was used, which offers a particularly pleasant indoor climate. The modern design of the house is also reflected in the interior. From the terrace you may overlook the entire garden lake and enjoy the far-reaching view to the Ötscher. The private themed garden is dreamy, romantic and very harmoniously designed, just the right thing to enjoy time for two. A "hot tub" under the starry sky or a sauna make the wellness experience complete.
