It sits on the first floor of a quiet and historic building, at Vico Arco Oscuro 8, just steps from local shops, restaurants, and the sea.
Access is via a staircase, as the apartment is not served by an elevator.
Cala Porta Vecchia, the city’s most iconic and photographed beach, is just 500 meters away.
Within a few minutes on foot, you can also reach Carlo V Castle, the Old Port, and Monopoli Cathedral.
The train station is about a 15-minute walk, and the coastline offers many other small coves and equipped beach clubs within easy reach.
The apartment is decorated in a modern style and is laid out on a single level.
