1 living room with TV, sofa bed 2 beds overlooking the terrace -
1 kitchen corner equipped with combined oven microwave, refrigerator, plate 2 electric fires -
1 "alcove" with 1 trundle bed of 1 person with duvet -
1 bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet -
Heating package of 20 €/week from October to May. Electric heating.Terrace with lounge terrace.
Private parking.
Very good condition (maintenance and painting). Terrace furniture. To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...). Rent on the first 3 weeks of August, other periods: week, short stays possible.
