Functional and comfortable apartment perfect for accommodating up to 3 guests is located in a strategic position, we are in the beating heart of the Riomaggiore village.
The railway station, the port, the shuttles of the National Park, and the tracking paths are a few meters away, as well as shops, bars, restaurants at the same distance.
Ideal place to explore all the wonders of the Cinque Terre, an opportunity not to be missed! The space Apartment of about 58 square meters and is located on the mezzanine floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift (PLEASE NOTE - you have to take the stairs to enter).
The internal space is organized as follows: -LIVING AREA: equipped with a single sofa bed and the dining area - OPEN KITCHEN: with fridge, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka coffee maker and kitchen utensils; - BEDROOM: with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM: with shower, sink, toilet and bidet FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, TV, independent heating, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C CITRA- LIGURIA REGION: 011024-LT-0409 Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode.
We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival. Upon check-in, the payment of the city tax of € 2.00 per person will be required for the first three nights only (exempt: residents and children up to 10 years).

This place was perfect for me and a friend, it was within the hills of Riomaggiore and we really enjoyed the place. Good communication of management. No air conditioning but it stayed cool even in June due to windows and fans. Would definitely stay again!

The host was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating and helpful. The space itself is as advertised. It is very clean, spacious, and the location is great. The instructions to find the apartment are extremely helpful. It’s a nice short walk from the train station and very close to the main part of the town. Would stay here again and recommend the apartment!
