Situated in the Eden Valley, Nuthatch is on a small working farm, with access to the surrounding countryside.. All on the Ground Floor:

The bustling market town of Kirkby Stephen is 2½ miles - the Coast to Coast walk passes through here and the town also has a station on the Settle-Carlisle railway.
Appleby, with its castle, swimming pool and famous annual horse fair, is 9 miles.

A very well done barn conversion / extension with its own small garden area. You may find getting there a problem if you are at all nervous about single track roads between high hedges with seemingly no passing places. Keep the bird feeders stocked and you may see the eponymous nuthatch, I did.

An ideal base for a couple, beautiful surroundings. Everything needed for an enjoyable stay was provided. Cath was really nice and did everything possible to ensure we had a lovely holiday. Would definitely book this property again.
