The 60 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the living room, a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, and a washing machine. The apartment also has a private balcony, perfect for relaxing in the evening.
The location is excellent, within walking distance of cafés, grocery stores, and a bus stop.
The city center can be reached in about 20 minutes, and the beach is a short drive away. Free street parking is available.
Parties and pets are not allowed.
Please respect the quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am. The building has some stairs and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Le manque de volets, surtout au niveau de la chambre. Le store occultant n'est pas suffisant au regard de l'éclairage public situé juste devant la fenêtre, c'est dommage mais pas rédhibitoire.
