Studio agréable avec une vue magnifique sur le port. Pour un séjour de plus d'une semaine, une machine à laver le linge aurait été appréciée.
Situation tranquille et stationnement facile.
Une petite rénovation serait un plus (robinetteries bien fatiguées..) et obligation de revenir porter les clés à Banyuls pourrait être éviter.

Studio bien situé face au port avec une belle terrasse dommage pour l entretien voir rénovation manque d aménagement à l intérieur.
