The 84 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 6 people.
Available amenities include Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and a TV.
Moreover, there is a washing machine in the basement.
A baby cot and a high chair are provided upon request (for a fee).
The apartment has a private balcony where you can relax in the evening.
The property is conveniently set within a few-minute walking distance from the city center, the Seerhein, Lake Constance, various parks and forests.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and groups of guests under 18 y.o. are not allowed.
Paid parking is available next to the property.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt mit 5 Personen benötigt. Die Lage im Paradies (Stadtteil von Konstanz) ist gut und recht zentral. Ein Einkaufsladen ist 350m entfernt und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Gut ist, dass die Gastgeberin vergünstigte Parkkarten hat, die für 12 € / Tag für 24 Std. auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz gelten.
Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind zwar vorhanden, aber nur für die Anwohner mit Parkausweis der Stadt Konstanz reserviert. Ein Parkplatz, auf dem man mit Parkkarte (bei der Gastgeberin erhältlich) parken darf, kostet 12 € / Tag und ist ca. 150m entfernt.

Alles war zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und man konnte das Auto ruhig stehen lassen. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht um sich wohlzufühlen. Die Gastgeberin war zuvorkommend und gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen.
Leider war es sehr heiß und wenn man die Fenster nachts aufgelassen war es relativ laut, auch in der Etage oben drüber. Ansonsten ist das Haus derzeit in der Renovierung und ein Gefrierfach im Schrank für Eis wäre schön gewesen.
