The three-storey accommodation consists of 2 separate parts.
The lower part comprises the ground floor (EG) and upper floor (OG) of the house, the upper part the attic floor (DG), each with separate access from the outside.
The house consists of 2 living rooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens (ground floor and attic), 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet and thus offers space for up to 19 people - perfect for groups! All bed linen is provided and included in the price.
The amenities also include high-speed WiFi, heating, washing machine + dryer, a games console and 2 TVs (on the ground floor and the first floor). 3 high chairs and 2 baby cots are also available.
Towels (large and small) are provided and included in the price. Layout of the rooms: Ground floor living room: spacious living room with dining table for up to 10 people Ground floor kitchen-cum-living room: richly equipped kitchen with dining area for 5 people Ground floor bedroom 4 / playroom: bunk bed, table football and video games (max. 2 people) Ground floor bathroom: bathtub with shower curtain, WC and bidet. 1st floor bedroom 1: double bed, pull-out extra bed for 2 persons (max. 4 persons), washbasin; access to the 14 sqm balcony terrace with 2 deck chairs and a seating area with table 1st floor bedroom 2: double bed and mirrored wardrobe; extra bed which can be pulled out to form a double bed (max. 4 persons) OG bedroom 3: double bed and bunk bed (max. 4 persons) OG bathroom: 2 washbasins and a spacious family shower behind the partition wall OG WC: 2nd WC - spatially separated from the bathroom - with washbasin and mirror cabinet.
DG Bedroom 5: double bed. There is room for one more person on the pull-out couch in the living area.
DG Bedroom 6 / mattress dormitory: Above the bedroom is the mattress dormitory, which can be reached via a wooden ladder and a wooden platform from the living area.
The mattress dormitory is suitable for older children and adults (max. 3 persons). DG Bathroom: Bathroom with 3rd WC and whirlpool, which is also suitable for showering. The cottage has a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue and a playground.
There is also a table tennis table. This accommodation has recycling rules, more information can be found on site.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus von Herrn Wetzel. Das Haus ist für 9 Personen ausreichend groß und ordentlich ausgestattet. Herr Wetzel hat uns angenehm empfangen und alles im Haus gezeigt. Der Urlaub konnte direkt starten. Wir können das Haus und den Vermieter nur empfehlen.
Das Haus ist wunderbar und liegt in guter Lage.

Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns alles erklärt.
Viel Platz im Haus und ein großer Esstisch.
Der Garten ums Haus ist optimal. Haben gegrillt, Tischtennis und Ball gespielt.
Und für die Kinder gab es Fahrzeuge, Sandkasten, Schaukeln und Rutschen.
Auch genügend Gartenmöbel um drau...
Es gab nichts zu meckern.
