Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating as well as a TV. The property has access to a private outdoor area which includes a private pool, a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The property is located 1 km from the train station and the beach Praiola.
Furthermore, Zappalá busses which take you from Acireale to Carrubba di Riposto and the Torrisi bus lines are available nearby. 5 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets and parties are not allowed. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises.
