This is lovely 4-bedroom property located in Zaton Bay, just 10-15 minutes drive from Dubrovnik downtown area.
This rental unit represents great choice for 2 families, one large family or a group of friends looking for a comfortable place to stay in a calm area and not to far from Dubrovnik downtown.
This cascade house speeds over two floors.
Floors are connected via external staircase.
First floor offers spacious furnished front terrace, open space kitchen/living room with dining area, bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom with shower and second sleeping area with queen size bed.
Second floor consists of large furnished front terrace, open space kitchen/living room, bathroom with shower, bedroom with queen size bed and second bedroom with single bed.
Amenities include: Free WiFi, AC, Cable TV, Terrace, Private parking for 2 cars, Washing Machine, Iron and Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, Full Kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, stove, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and microwave.
Zaton is approximately a 10-15 minute drive from Dubrovnik.
The whole area is perfect for swimming since it is located in a closed bay.
In Zaton there are several beaches, both sandy/pebbly and rocky.
If you are a family with young children then it is better to choose a sandy/pebbly beach.
Your little ones will be able to play in the shallows, or learn to swim in the tranquil sea without fear that anything might happen to them.
After swimming, you can go to one of the nearby restaurants at the well-known seafood specialties.
Grocery shop, bust stop with line to Dubrovnik, ATM, bars and restaurant are all located within a walking distance from the property.

Great experience. I was with three other of my friends and it was super fun. We did a at home dinner one night and watched the sunset from the top balcony at night! Great room space. Only issue was the in consistency of the hot water and some bugs. Other than that, did not affect or stay as much and loved the location. Thanks!
