We propose to you to the rent, in the commune of Monacia-d'Aullène on the island of beauty, this charming house of architect, with swimming pool, of a surface of 115 m ², being able to accomodate until 4 travellers.
It is composed of a nice living room of 68 m² (with fireplace), an open fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms and you will be able to enjoy a garden of about 4 000 m² as well as several terraces.
Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 68 m² with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa, armchairs and dining area - An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine... a bar and a second dining area. - Master suite of 27 m²: a queen-size bed (160×200), a dressing room, an adjoining bathroom with bathtub as well as a separate toilet. - A second bedroom of 20 m² with two single beds (90, possibility of forming a double bed), a dressing room and an adjoining shower room. Outside : - A swimming pool (private and heated) open seasonally from April to the end of October, size 12 m x 4 m with a depth of 1.30 m as well as a small bath of 5 m x 2 m, depth 0.50. The swimming pool is surrounded by a composite terrace of approximately 77 m² from which you can see the sea. - A beautiful garden of 4 000 m ² exposed South raised of plants of the scrubland. - A wooden terrace with a view of the sea and the village with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. - A patio with trees as an extension of the kitchen facing North-West with dining table, armchair, parasol and a plancha. - Possibility of parking within the property on the access ramp to the garage, either outside along the wall that closes the property or in front of the house under the trees. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: fan, washing machine, ironing board and iron. The neighborhood: The house is ideally located in the heights of Monacia d'Aullène, an authentic village of South Corsica, in a very pleasant environment, which will allow you to recharge your batteries between sea and mountain.
You will be able to benefit in the vicinity in the village of Monacia of all the essential businesses you can also go to Pianottoli for more businesses. Nearby : - Beach of Furnellu 4,7 km (10 minutes by car) - Beach of Roccapina located at 12 km (24 minutes by car). - Figari located at 13.4 km (15 minutes by car). - Bonifacio located at 24.8 km (28 minutes by car). - Porto Vecchio located at 30 km (37 minutes by car). Activities : - Tourist sites: the Genoese towers, Bonifcacio, Sartene, Porto Vecchio... - Sporting activities : many nautical activities like kite surfing, scuba diving, water skiing, canoeing... Horseback riding and hiking... - Cultural visits: visits to prehistoric sites, the marine park reserve of the Bouches de Bonifacio, the Romanesque chapels.... - Gastronomic heritage: Corsican sausages and cheeses, different wines, Corsican honey.... Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly at the house. As for the other means of transportation, here are some information that may be useful to you: - Bus: a bus connects Porto vecchio, Ajaccio, Bastia and Bonifacio. - Nearest airport : Figari airport located at 16 km (17 minutes by car). - To rent a car: possibility of car rental at the airport. Other remarks : - Heated swimming pool, open from April to the end of October.
