Els Abats rural house is located in Fornalutx, in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana, offering spectacular views of the Sóller valley and the mountains.
The property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
You have high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the double bedrooms, and a TV. The outdoor area is the main highlight: a private garden, terrace with panoramic views, and a natural chlorine-free pool, whose water is renewed every 7 days and treated with oxygen.
The pool is available from May to September.
Pets are welcome. The nearest village, Biniaraix, is an 8-minute drive away.
Sóller, with supermarkets, shops, and restaurants, is about 20 minutes away. Access: The property is in a mountain area, reached by narrow mountain roads.
We recommend renting a small car. The final path to the house requires careful walking.
The host offers the option to park about 100 meters from the property and helps with luggage on arrival and departure. There are security cameras at the exterior entrances of the house.

Lovely property, and the owner could not have done more. He met us at 2 in the morning!! Please note the property is a good 15minute drive up a narrow paved road. The swimming pool is heaven and the views stunning. And the house very clean and well equipped.
