The holiday home Los Aperos 2 is located in Velez-Malaga and overlooks the sea.
The 48 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, air conditioning as well as a TV.
A baby cot is available for an extra fee per item per night and a high chair is also available. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a heated pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, an electric griddle for cooking and an outdoor shower. The property is 15 minutes driving distance to the beach, shopping center, supermarket, water park and restaurants. A parking space is available on the property and 1 in a garage. Pets are not allowed. Youth groups not allowed. The heated pool is not covered (so its use will always depend on the weather).
In the months of May to October, solar panels and the thermal blanket of the pool maintain the water temperature between 28º and 32º degrees. Pool area is cleaned very early, so privacy is guaranteed. Beach/pool towels are provided. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. The electricity on this property is generated by solar power. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
