Prestigious and elegant building of 7 floors located in the city centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro, at only 50 Mt. from the sea. Thanks to the position It's the perfect place to spend a comfortable holiday, not far from the beach and near shops, bar, restaurants.
All the apartments are equipped with security door, safe, SAT-TV, microwave oven, big fridge with freezer, hair-dryer, filter coffee machine, air conditioning. 1 “Light WI-FI free” access included per apartment (for 3 devices at a time. No streaming no download). 1 numbered parking place (only for normal cars. No SUV or minibus) and lift. **In the event that the numbered parking space, is unduly occupied by third parties, the Intras agency is not responsible for this inconvenience, as it is not a guarded parking place. Therefore, for the respect of all guests, it is allowed to park only in the parking space assigned by the Intras Agency, under penalty of immediate removal of the car**.
