In a small apartment complex with lift is this fine holiday home with modern interior.
It is located on the first floor and features a spacious living room with open kitchen.
Both in the living room and the bedrooms you will find fixed internet connections.
The windows have blinds and you have access to a communal parking garage with ski storage.
A prime location from January to December! Winter sports in Kaprun stand for snow guarantee, cosiness and a range of possibilities.
Together with the village of Zell am See, it forms a beautiful winter sports region with many opportunities for skiing or snowboarding.
This is possible with just 1 ski pass! Surrounded by no fewer than three ski resorts, one of which has a glacier, there is no shortage of piste kilometres and snow.
The glacier ensures that you can ski here almost all year round.
From the village, the modern ski lift goes directly to the glacier area ! By the way, the ski bus stops in front of the door and the ski school for beginners is within 200 m of the apartment.

Etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck wäre schön. Ich hätte mir einen Staubsauger gewünscht, um zwischendurch auch mal saugen zu können.

Het appartement is modern, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Alle contact gaat online. Dat is prima, maar wij hebben vragen gesteld over de apparatuur en daar geen reactie op gekregen.
Heel jammer, want we hebben daardoor de oven en de verwarming in de badkamer niet kunnen gebruiken. Vooral de verwarming was wel zo prettig geweest, omdat de temperatuur van de een op andere dag met 15 à 16 graden lager was.
