Ideal for enjoying the sun, the sea view and the beautiful location.
In the residential area there is a restaurant, snack bar, diving school, tennis court (paid) and water sports (paid). Next to the house, stairs provide direct access to the harbor and the beach.
Access to the house is via these stairs.
On the entrance floor, there is a living/dining room with an open kitchen and direct access to the large terrace, as well as a bedroom with a bathroom.
On the lower floor, there is a large suite with a full bathroom.
BEDROOMS Equipped with wardrobes, pillows and blankets.
Bed linen and towels can be rented.
Bedroom 1: Double Queen suite with private bathroom and sofa bed. Bedroom 2: Two single beds.
The house can accommodate one extra person (folding bed or sofa bed) for an additional charge.
BATHROOMS Bathroom 1: (suite) modern with a large shower and toilet.
Bathroom 2: Shower and toilet.
DINING – LIVING ROOM Bright living room with open kitchen and direct access to the terrace.
Fireplace.
Lounge furniture: 2/3-seater sofa.
Dining furniture: Dining chairs and table for 5 people.

The house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Costa Brava, 3 km from the lively Lloret de Mar and 12 km from the romantic fishing village of Tossa de Mar. Steep coast and sandy beaches.
Surrounded by mountains, pine forests and oaks; the location is very quiet.
In the center of the Cala Canyelles urbanization is the El Trull restaurant, which has a swimming pool open to the public for a daily fee (for more information, please consult the restaurant directly). There is also a tennis court, yacht club with mooring rental, diving center, ski school, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and other water activities.
Beach umbrellas and sun loungers for rent, car rental, horse riding, excursion tickets, and several golf courses and pitch & putt courses in the immediate vicinity.
Outside of high season, the availability of various activities offered in the area may be more limited.
Arrival must be between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM must be notified by phone 2 hours in advance.
Check-in will take place at the Playa Arena office, located in the Cala Canyelles urbanization.
Registration and payment procedures will be formalized at the office.
Afterwards, we will accompany you personally to the accommodation, explain the house's features in detail, and hand over the keys.
Departure must be before 10:00 AM. One day before your departure, please come to the office to arrange a final inspection.
The final cleaning does not include returning the house in a proper condition: basic cleaning, clean and tidy dishes in the cupboards, leave sheets and towels folded next to the entrance door of the house, and dispose of garbage in the designated containers.
If the house is not in this condition, an additional service fee will be charged, deducted from the deposit.
