The 65 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include a fan, heating as well as a washing machine.
Furthermore, gym equipment is available on the property. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a garden and a barbecue.
The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool, an open terrace and an outdoor shower.
The pool is open year-round but not heated.
A maximum of 3 people is allowed at the pool at the same time for Covid reasons, this could change so please contact the homeowner prior to booking to check if the regulations have changed. Walking/driving distance to beach: 2.17km Spiaggia. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 1.92km. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 1.76km. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 1.76km. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 550m. Airport Genoa: 126km. A parking space is available on the property.
