Elegant apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people, located on the 5th floor (with lift) of a building located in the heart of Udine, a 12-minute walk from the Castle, 10 minutes from via Mercatovecchio and Piazza della Libertà.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
The apartment, equipped with unlimited wifi, is the ideal starting point to explore the beautiful Udine on foot.
The 110 sqm apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift, but it will be necessary to climb some steps to reach it.
PLEASE NOTE: you need to climb a step to get into the shower.
The internal space is divided as follows:
- KITCHEN with dining area, gas hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine and kitchen utensils;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed (for one person), armchair bed, table with chairs and TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and desk;
- BEDROOM 2 with single bed, wardrobe and desk;
- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine;
- BALCONY.
Additional services available to guests: unlimited wifi, central heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law.
We kindly ask you to note, that late check-in is provided upon request and has an extra cost:
- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25,00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30,00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40,00.

Main attractions: - Casa Cavazzini (museum of modern and contemporary art): 12 minutes on foot; - Piazza della Libertà: 10 minutes on foot; - Via Mercatovecchio (shopping street): 10 minutes on foot; - Udine Castle: 12 minutes on foot; - Duomo: 14 minutes on foot; - Teatro Nuovo Giovanni da Udine: 18 minutes on foot; - Friuli Cormor Botanical Park: 13 minutes by public transport. - Caffè Beltrame: 6 minutes on foot; - Casa Praforte (restaurant): 5 minutes on foot; - Despar supermarket (grocery store): 7 minutes on foot; - Zambotto Pharmacy: 3 minutes on foot. - From Venice Airport, the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi / car (122 km - 1 hour and 22). - From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Airport station (just over 10 minutes on foot from the airport) to Udine station, from which it is possible to continue on foot (24 minutes) or by bus (13 minutes) to the apartment. - From Udine Station, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the bus lines (1/2/3) with the stop "Via della Vittoria", a 5-minute walk from the property. - If you are traveling by car, to get to Udine you can take the A23 Palmanova-Tarvisio from Venice or Trieste; from here the roads to get to Udine are the SS13, the SS54 and the SS56. ATTENTION: The area is limited, by municipal ordinance, to EURO 0, EURO 1, EURO 2 and EURO 3 diesel vehicles from 04.00 pm to 08.00 pm every day, while there are no restrictions for machines from EURO 4 and up. Possibility of parking, for a fee, in the blue lines in via Lodovico Uccelliss (€1.50/day - 7 min walk) or via Deciani (NOT guaranteed), or, always for a fee, in the following car parks: - Piazza I Maggio (outside): at a cost of € 1.50 / h, an 11-minute walk from the accommodation - Multi-storey car park in Piazza I Maggio: at a cost of € 0.70 / h, an 11-minute walk from the accommodation
