In the heart of Bologna, a few steps from Via Indipendenza, this apartment is the ideal choice for those who want to experience the city in complete comfort. Located in a lively area, full of restaurants and shops, the accommodation is on the first floor of an elegant building with a lift (not suitable for disabled guests). With its 60 square meters, it can accommodate up to 3 people, offering a comfortable stay in the historic center, within the ZTL. Perfect for exploring Bologna on foot!
The internal space is organized as follows
KITCHEN. Kitchenette complete with traditional oven, washing machine and various kitchen utensils.
LIVING ROOM. Sofa bed and TV.
DOUBLE BEDROOM.
BATHROOM. Shower box, bidet and hairdryer.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Split A / C (in living room and bedroom), free unlimited wifi, iron and clothesline.
Cot for babies upon request and payment.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax required by the Municipality of Bologna.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 -6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Bologna Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th
Please be informed that a fee is required for late check-ins as per the following
- From 21:30 - 23:00 - Euro 25,00
- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30,00
- From 24:00 - 01:30 - Euro 40,00
In order to provide you a smoother check-in process, please advise us with your approximate time of arrival in advance.
