You will immediately feel as if you were at home! A cozy house, close to major tourist attractions and numerous taverns, bars, restaurants and shops. Located in an area well served by public transport is ideal for those visiting for vacation or for work in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Just six minutes walk from the University of Udine, the Giardin Grande and the Loris Fortuna Garden. NATIONAL CODE: IT030129B4OA9NZI45 The apartment, about 60 square meters, can comfortably accommodate two people. Located on the first floor of a building with elevator, the house is divided into: Kitchen/ living room.
Coffee machine, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooking utensils, moka, wine glasses. Bedroom.
Double bed with wardrobe and mirror. Bathroom.
Bath with shower, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS: free wifi, TV, air conditioning, central heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board. *PLEASE, PAY ATTENTION* The area is limited, by municipal ordinance, to EURO 0, EURO 1, EURO 2 and EURO 3 diesel vehicles from 04.00 pm to 08.00 pm every day, while there are no restrictions for machines from EURO 4 and up. Via Muratti, the street to reach the parking lot of the accommodation, is in the LTZ. You can leave your car in the courtyard by paying 10€/day (please note: the parking is very narrow). IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law. We kindly ask you to note, that late check-in is provided upon request and has an extra cost: - 21.00 - 23.00: € 25,00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30,00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40,00. Die Lage ist absolut zentral. Trotzdem bekommt man im Apartment nichts vom Lärm der Stadt mit. Es herrscht Ruhe. Das Personal der betreuenden Agentur war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation in englisch war problemlos möglich.
