Very close to the Cascine Park where you can walk, jog or ride a bike. Inside the park is the Visarno Arena (inside the Hippodrome), the area is a perfect show for great concerts, festivals, events and festivals.
The apartment is ideal for visiting the wonders of Florence.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift. It is a 10-minute walk from the Leopolda Station.
Kitchen: fridge-freezer, dining table, moka pot, dishwasher, electric kettle, cooking utensils, traditional oven and microwave.
Living room: sofa bed and TV. Access to the balcony with French window.
Double bedroom: double bed, chest of drawers, two armchairs, television.
Second bedroom: two single beds and TV.
Bathroom: large shower, toilet, washing machine, bidet and washbasin with mirror.
Extras: Wifi, heating, A / C, iron, hairdryer and clotheshorse.
IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law.
City Tax Euro 5,50 per person, per night not included in the rate.
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 20 from 21:00 until 22:30;
- EUR 40 from 22:30 until 00:00;
- EUR 60 from 00:00.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
